BCartoon character created by Leo Baxendal at the suggestion of Beano editor George Moonie. Minnie first appeared in issue 596 of The Beano on 19/12/1953. An Amazonian Warrior, Minnie specialises in beating up boys – sometimes dozens at a time.

He was ginger in the cartoon books, but in the TV series, they censored his redness. 

Presumably another act of ginger suppression from the powers that be in the media, trying to shelter children from a multi-hair colour society. Anyway, he ended up with a dark ginger/brown mop poking out from under that famous hat. 

Jess of course is not ginger.

Born in Toontown USA in the year of who knows when. This sultry, sexy bunny was the Torch Singer at "The Ink & Paint Club" Toontown featured in the 1990 film "Who Framed Roger Rabbit".
The voice of Kathleen Turner and that huge mane of Red hair has made a favourite with Rabbit Lovers the World over.

EA career woman before the phrase came into vogue, Brenda is smart, glamorous and headstrong. Star reporter for the metropolitan daily, The Flash, Brenda has traveled the world solving mysteries, unearthing scoops and stealing the heart of almost every man she meets. This ravishing redheaded reporter has a taste for fashion, romance and intrigue. She has a nose for a good story, too. About the only thing Brenda doesn’t shine in is being able to sustain long-lasting relationships.

Eric is 40, and lives in London. He is a middle class single father (divorced) with two kids and a crippling mortgage. Fiction that's all too close to fact.

Monsieur Herge’s Belgian adventurer and general do-gooder, who hung out with Captain Haddock, Snowy and the Thompson Twins. The man who launched a thousand quiffs, and sold a million T-shirts. There’s no doubt about it, the little fellah is cool.

Gordon Tracy

Born on Tracy Island 14 February 2043. Gordon’s Redhair makes him the number one Tracy. A highly trained Aquanaut, Gordon is often to be found in the cockpit of Thunderbird 4, the World’s most versatile one man submarine.
We are currently arranging a Red and Proud coach party to Tracy Island, details will be published at a later date.

If your idea of Paradise is having Redhair and living in a woolshop, then La Wendo is your kind of woman. She’s the love interest in the Wallace and Gromit films.

The Weasley Family

The Weasleys are indeed a huge family. All the children of Molly and Arthur Weasley could easily set up a complete Quidditch-team. They have 6 boys (Bill, Charlie, Percy, Fred & George and Ron) and one girl, whose name is Ginny and who is the youngest of the Weasleys. All the Weasleys have one mark of recognition in common: They do all have red hair. Moreover, they have been a wizarding family for generations.
